The public pages describe the product. Clinic and patient portals are for authorised users only. Staff must use the account their administrator issued. Patients must not share their sign-in. The clinic remains responsible for clinical decisions and for the accuracy of the record. These terms are a plain-language summary for this website, not a substitute for a contract with a clinic or the platform operator.
